Default How do I use / see all my reaper extensions?

I just downloaded and compiled the following example extensions project :

https://github.com/elanhickler/MyReaperPlugin

I put the compiled binary in the following folder

C:\Program Files\REAPER (x64)\Plugins

Now how the heck do I open it, or see what other extensions/reaper plugins are installed? I searched the manual, etc, and for the life of me I cant figure it out! Theres not a lot of documentation surrounding all of this....

EDIT: I think I figured it out....by reading the source code of the plugin. Doh. I guess It just creates some actions? But my question still kinda stands. Like I know I have a ReaScript installed that opens up the Circle of Fifths, but is there no way to see a list of all extensions anywhere?!

Not really. You will just need to know what each of the extension plugins are supposed to do. (If the developer hasn't explained that at all, the plugin is likely a completely experimental thing not intended for regular end users.) Some might not even add new actions because they might be control surface support plugins or plugins that add new media file types support or do even more obscure things.
