Melodyne ARA - doesn't remember its changes on project reload...?

I have a couple of vocal tracks. Both have Melodyne on.

The VST3 of Melodyne communicates OK with Reaper and I can make pitch changes etc.

But when I quit Reaper and reload the project, Melodyne forgets all the pitch chnages.

Also, the Melodyne on Track1 gets confused with the Melodyne on Track2. When I view Track1 Melodyne it shows the Blobs from track2.

Any ideas ?

Perhaps you could make sure the track you are working on is highlighted. If you just open a track and start working with Melodyne it won't retain your changes otherwise. Just an idea that might work.
