sending CC Values depending on chord quality

Hello all,

I'm looking for a way to detect the chord quality of an 'incoming' chord (major /minor) and send a configurable CC Value on another channel depending on the chord quality. (i.e. major puts out CC Value 1 and minor CC Value 64)

Does such a plugin exist?
