High residual RAM use after closing all open projects (SOLVED)

I am working on a rather big project, and once in a while I get the notification that RAM use crossed the 1800MB line.

I use quite a lot of plugins, but no virtual instruments, no samples and no midi.

So I've made some samples of how much RAM is in use in different scenarios.

Open Reaper (no project): 100MB
Open Reaper, open project: 1300MB
Open Reaper, open the project and then immediately close the project: 300MB
Open Reaper, open the project, work on the project, close it: 600MB+.

I think there might be a memory leak.

P.s. Win7 x64, 32-bit Reaper. I'm still on v5.03. Will test with a newer version if required.

You should continue that sequence until it exceeds 1300 and so on until hits the memory limit and doesn't give it back due to caching.
