Beautiful ! Really liking it so far, great work albertxxx !

I don't think the glow around Arm/Rec button on MCP is necessary though.

I personally can't see you spending even one minute on this mock up when you've got what could be the greatest interface ever created for any DAW in Solaris SSL just begging to be finished........

I just don't see spending time trying to mock Sonar's interface when you can go so far beyond it but then I already own Sonar.......

As always albertxxxx, very clear layout and quality look.

The space allocated for pan controls is always a concern for me. Switching to dual pan without separate layouts is a must for me in theme design.
I like thin MCPs so, it usually means vertically aligned knobs over the horizontal half width alternative.

Just my taste, YMMV.

You had a great simplicity/details ratio, which made the previous mockup ways more elegant to me than your other themes, where all the tasteful/skillful design get drowned into too many unnecessary details. Maybe you could try to simplify your themes/mockups, the same way we all often remove tracks from our songs/arrangement to strip down to the essential ?

I often like your WIPs a lot, until they start getting too complicated/cluttered to me. I hope I don't sound rude, not my aim/goal at all.

I will be patient....... It's just that I think Solaris SSL will be the theme that all other DAWS envy. In my opinion it will be the finest GUI of any DAW on the market.

Here's a few suggestions for the TCP

I would aldo like to see those kind of pan and volume sliders in the MCP, as I use dual pan frequently, and two knobs I think would be overkill. In ReaBorn the designer chose to include a second smaller knob but I find rather ugly.

I am currently switching between two of your themes, Albert, depending on what I m doing. XxX is one of them which I really like - mostly for tracking and impressing visiting punters!

SSL and XxX/Sonar or w.h.y. are both nice themes and I am not entirely sure I see where you're heading with this latest mockup.

As with all of these things, you really do need to allow yourself time to get to know any theme before deciding if it is for you or not.

There seems to be a lot of the "latest hottest" flitting about being done by some users....

As always, keep on rocking, Albert!

This looks great!
The vol/pan on the TCP and all the rest as well.
It would be even better if the minimal height TCP could accommodate the FX button, but it's your call.
