Reaper/Reason Rack Plugin midi CC64 bug

So as you can see in the video, when I let go off the sustain pedal, the note still hangs, And the opposite also happens, when I depress the sustain pedal, it shows CC64 on in the Midi control but it doesnt work in the plugin.

Somewhere between Reaper and Reason Rack Plugin isnt processing the on/off properly.

It doesn't happen to any other plugin though, only with RRP.

What if you record midi and cc to track? Maybe problem is just with live midi input.

I tried that as well.

No change at all.
