Export my Track Notes?

Hello,

I create notes for my songs by having a text "notes" track, and inserting an empty item and making notes within that item. That way I can place them at markers where needed.

I'm creating stems/exporting my projects to my mixing guy and would like the notes to come through as well. Is there a way to export them?
