Default Modular routing in Reaper: Pre-fader send plugin?

Hi all. I am wondering if there exists a pre-fader send functionality in Reaper in the form of a plugin? I often find myself wanting to split the signal in the middle of a plugin chain and send it to another channel as a kind of modular signal routing, as it would be incredibly beneficial to my workflow.

In practice it would look something like the following.

Channel 1: source --> eq --> compression --> send to channel 2 --> distortion
Channel 2: receive from channel 1 --> delay --> reverb

The point of the above implementation would be that the delay and reverb receive the toned and tamed signal, but not the distorted one.

I recognize that I could accomplish this by applying EQ and compression to the source signal before sending to two other channels and then applying the desired effects separately, but this isn't terribly convenient, which is why I am asking if there's a better solution. As I'm typing this I'm also wondering if input effects could be used to achieve the same effect, albeit slightly less conveniently.

Use JS/Channel Router and split the signal within the plugin chain on 1 track. Then send out Channel 1+2 (distorted direct signal) and 3+4 (delays) to your 2-bus.
