Suddenly, Reaper is playing back all songs in slow-mo. Rate is set to 1.0.

The only thing that worked for the user in that thread was to downgrade to version 3.69. I haven't tried that yet and would prefer not to have to downgrade.
I did not make any changes to Reaper when this started happening. The only thing I had done was connect a Behringer V-Amp Pro to the MIDI out on my audio device (Echo Gina 3G).
The following thread said that "enabling the midi out of my Motu 828mk2 slowed down playback."

I tried what worked for that person and reset configuration to factory defaults. This did not solve my problem, but now I have lost my plug-ins that I had previously installed.
Any suggestions?
