Default Quantizing MIDI notes to time values?

Hi,

Is it possible to quantize MIDI notes to time values instead of beat values?

As far as I know, you can only quantize notes to musical values, that is 1/4 notes, 1/8 notes, triplets, etc. which is fine, unless the tempo is constantly changing.

In this project, all the notes that are shown here are the same value (16th notes) : https://imgur.com/gRh1BwN
But because the tempo is always changing to incorporate rubato (see the tempo enveloppe) these notes effectively come out at different lengths : https://imgur.com/VSfTtYq

So is there a way to make all these notes look the same length in regards to the timebase of the project? For example, making all these notes last 0.2 seconds.

Thanks for your help.
