Envelope opacity / alpha?

Hey there,

is it somehow possible to change the envelope alpha / opacity for (only!?) the in lane envelopes like marked here:





... or is it even possible to change the envelopes alpha / opacity in general?

Hey there,

at the moment I am still working by switching the visibility of envelope tracks with a shortcut. Unfortunately, when the envelope lane is inside the track lane or even hidden, it either becomes crowded really fast or, when even hidden, I cannot see which tracks do have automation on it.

So: on the one site this is some kind of bump, on the other site this becomes also some kind of question, how you people handle such a "problem". Does anybody has maybe some kind of workflow workaround or so? Or is it just me, who does not like a too crowded arrangement window, when there is lot of automation going on?

thanks for your reply! Looks interesting. But this won't make envelope lanes appear anyhow different regarding e.g. opacity, right?

I fear it's not possible to change the style of envelope lanes (especially the points) anyway different than just a plain color, hm? Maybe I should start such a thread in the feature request section of this forum ...?
