Default Sound swallowing (Overall high load)

Hi!
What can I do if sound swallows during the record?
So the part of sound is "breaking", maybe Kontakt is overloaded?
The notebook may be on high load during the record.
Asus, K40IN series, Pent. T4300

Win 10

Some tricks?

A couple suggestions:
Make sure you aren't using a small latency buffer on your interface.
Turn off your laptop's WIFI while recording as WIFI (and, possibly bluetooth) is well known to cause audio dropouts.

Make sure "anticipative fx processing" is enabled in preferences->audio->buffering. This setting makes a huge difference in CPU usage.

That CPU is over a decade old. It doesn't have enough power to play a youtube video in HD.
