'The Impossible Dream' background music-What should I do with this song?

Please let me know if you think I should do anything to this MP3 file.
What I am really interested at first is the volume of the file. Once you load this in Reaper, you will see that the waveform clearly clips towards the end of the song.

I am open to ALL suggestions including being told to just leave it be!

For me, I know that at one time I saw a small dial in the top left of the waveform to control the item volume. At the moment I'm not seeing that displayed on my items.

How can I fix that?
