That's a Sonic Anomaly plugin. All their stuff is great. I use their Leet Delay on almost every project on something.

Really? I was never able to get the hang of Leet Delay. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be doing.

I almost always use it with long regenerative and filtered delay with a fair amount of Q. Sort of a similar nasal tone to the pre-echo vocal in Whole Lotta Love, but behind the source material instead of in front of it.

Quadracom works great for me. I use it in my "mastering" chain all the time. in M/S. Only about 1 or 2 dB GR on each band though. Glues stuff brilliantly. "Unlimited" is good too.
