Notation bug - Accidental cannot be set (FIXED)

This was fixed somewhere in the development or by something else in the development.

STEPS:
- open the test project
- try try to set the note to be shown as D#

BUG - cannot be done in this particular configuration

EXPECTED - can be done



I can create D# in the next measure and then drag it into the first measure and it stays D#.
