Hello- think the better question to ask is "am I (you) happy with it?"
When you feel comfortable with an answer to question..go with it! ?

I am not satisfied, and I ask the question precisely to understand if it is just my perception or if there is actually something to improve.
Thanks to those who want to give me some suggestions.

Yes..and everyone else has their taste.
There can always be something to improve?
Sorry if comment appeared rude in any way..its just..do think it is better to ask them (artist/s) direct..how do they/you feel? not the audience?

Just made a pretty nice track template: Stereo mastering splitter..to identify band issues *if any*..'if you are interested in that,to help?

Thanks Reapology! No your comment was not rude at all. I wanted to know, if in addition to the personal taste which is subjective, this track sounds quite professional, that's all
I am interested in your template

Seem to have a problem with this track template..can not figure ANY way around it..and this is part of REAPER's signal flow......do not know why somebody is not making a huge fuss about it? !
Erm..apologies.

Hey- is it ok to send a message to explain?
B.T.W. bring the vocals up more.

Yes, sure, you can send me a PM. I have to saturate the voice in the choruses that is still provisional.

The mix balances sound quite good overall... Nothing stands out as being overly loud or too dominant, so that's a good start.

Probably the first thing that stands out as needing attention is the tuning of the lead vocal. The singer sounds quite flat in terms of pitch.

The other thing I noticed was that the top end of the mix - the cymbals etc - sound a bit distorted and harsh. This is particularly noticeable on good quality consumer headphones. I'm not sure what might be causing it - it could be the final limiter being pushed a little too hard. Otherwise, maybe experiment with slowing the release time on your overheads...

Hope that helps!

Thank you so much for listening and suggestions. Yes, maybe I went too far with the limiter. How do you feel the low end?
