Default getting midi from sibelius rewire into reap

i can get the stereo outs from sibelius 7 into reaper, works pretty good but under the midi from rewire theres no options - is it possible to get the midi from sibelius 7 into reaper?

I use MIDIYoke to go from Sibelius to REAPER. It's an internal MIDI routing app.

However, I use XP32, and I know MIDIYoke won't work with Win7-64, and possibly Win7-32.

MIDIYoke WILL work in Win 7 64 bit but only with 32 bit applications.
