Default how 2? re:actions...

wish i could...

i have a custom action called : Remove Item

contains, the following:
(a) Item: Remove selected area of items
(b) Time Selection: Set time selection to items
(c) x/sws: Move cursor left 10 pixels
this action, kinda works o.k....

problem:
after making a attempt to replay a part
& replay is shorter, action sets selected time to re-played item ..time selection, therefore, has to be, manually adjusted, to take advantage of all available recording space.

action would work better for me if:
(a) Item: Remove selected area of items
(b) Time Selection: Set time selection precious time selection
(c) Move cursor left 1 measure

any help certainly be appreciated.

one thing you can look for is 'save/restore time selection.' i did a quick search of the actions and also see some for 'move edit cursor forward/back' by measure. also, if you don't have it yet, reapack is a great script resource. i wouldn't be surprised if there aren't similar things in there.
