Default Saving/Exporting Edited Audio without Re-rendering Video?

To save time, and potential problems, I would like to be able to edit (in this case, EQ) the audio for a video file I have and then save/export the changes I have made to the audio without rendering the video - is this possible?

Thanks for any answers.

not possible from within reaper.

you can export as a wav or aac (depending on the destination format) and use FFMPEG to remux.

the free version of Vordio has a replace audio in video function which is the easiest way I know of. Its FFMPEG inside but you don't have to worry about the code.

EpicSound,
Thanks very much for your reply, and for the information you provide here.

It is helpful to me to know that this is possible, and thanks, too, for letting me know that Vordio can do this.

It appears that Blender might be able to do this, too.
