Default SessionArchive?

How is this value supposed to look? Is the dot . supposed to be there?

I have:
# two parameters: path to log to, and session length
# if the first parameter (path) is empty, no logging is done
SessionArchive e:\reaper . 15

and get:
[config] warning: wrong number of tokens on line 51 of ninjam.cfg

No, it's for "go to directory up" kind of command in linux
something like ./archives
it will make archives folder in the same directory as you are in...

In Windows, type full path (or relative path) and the number (length in minutes).

That error is saiyng that 3 parameters are supplied instead of 2 required (the dot is recognised as another parameter in this case, you know).
