Default I love interlaced meters, how to change the dividing lines' color?

Because those lines appear to be black always, no matter the theme.
It would be nice to change their color (are this lines fixed in their height?
is it 1 pixel? 3? because maybe we could make them less tall?).

I wonder because these lines obscure the meters, but without them
these meters have always looked to plain/flat to me.

if you are on the more classic themes, it'll be available to change here (search for "theme" in the actions window:

otherwise you'll have to edit the theme files directly, which usually means editing a PNG that is assigned to the meters

It'll depend on the theme, but I thin the typical ones (like for v5/6 defaults) are:
meter_strip_h.png
meter_strip_v.png
meter_strip_v_rms.png

there are also background images which may be important:
meter_bg_h.png
meter_bg_tcp.png
meter_bg_v.png

If you just delete those meter image files from any theme you will get full control back of the VU color/Interlacing color in the theme editor. I always do that because I like to control the colors myself (I love interlaced meters too).

Hadn't have the time to implement last tip, but then following yours now gave me great results. Thanks mate!!! (Feels so much better having control on those meters),
specially when I finally can color Top middle bottom colors (which gives you more
information about your tracks volume).
