How to make automation like in Logic?

I would like that in my ripper there would also be around the points of the value in dB. How can I do that?

You can't.
Reaper works like Reaper. If you want Logic, then use Logic.

The dB values of automation points are shown in tool tips if you hover the mouse cursor over the point.

Well I think displaying values next to envelope points is a nice idea, though.
I wouldn't mind having this in Reaper!

I think it wouldn't hurt to have an option to show the values.
