Default Subproject questions

Is there a way to duplicate a subproject while adding "copy" to it so that in essence changing the original does not affect the copy?
Second thing is about video. While working with subproject we get all the sound from the parent project but not the video. The workaround for me has been copying that particular part of the video corresponding to the project into the subproject. Things become difficult when there are changes in the picture and after re-conforming the video sometimes does not reflect the new picture due to changes. Is it at possible to have the video play from the parent project together with audio?

Yes, you can have different subproject-versions if you copy the subproject
and insert it "as new subrpoject" into the parent project. That is the usual
process for me.

The subproject-concept does not encompass video. I would advice to have
the video in the parent-project and use subprojects for different audio-parts.
Unfortunately if you play the subproject (and thus the audio) the parent-audio
can be synchronized. AFAIK the parent-video cannot be synchronized.

Thanks. I guess that would be a nice add on . What is the exact workflow to insert it as a copy? What if the subproject also included other subprojects? I don't see those coming over too. One more question. I created a folder with all the projects (film music cues) that I want to be able to import into other projects. When I do that it creates copies and proxies in those projects instead of the project it was imported into. Can that be changed?
