Copy/Paste Midi Note Length/Position of Time Selection Without Altering Pitch

Greetings,

I’m wondering if anyone knows of or can make a script that would do the following:

Copy all note lengths and note positions from one time selection within the midi editor of a track and paste them to the same time selection of a second track’s midi editor without altering the pitches of the second track.
