Thanks a million devs!
Some great things here like independent colours for windows and can't wait to try it!
Tcp fx count thing. Does that mean we don't have to show all the empty knobs anymore?

Some example about the "misc windows" colors in Walter would have been nice...Now I don't really even know what this change might mean? Does it mean the ability to customize the colors of the Project Bay etc list views?

Theme updates sound exciting!
Alt+click to delete item fades is still broken though, really there should be a context in the mouse modifiers for "Media item fade/crossfade - Click" so we can get the V3 behavior back
Toolbar buttons for window visibility (mixer visible, track manager visible, project bay visible, etc) still not displaying their state properly on OSX either.

Yep!
Found a bug with it already though... There's a small square in the bottom right corner of the screen between the scrollbar controls that inherits the "Window background" color when it should be getting the "Main window/transport background" color.
This pic displays it nicely

No, see Adam's post. The white part containing all info is not themeable yet.

thanks for the efforts!, though video not playing ball here still i live in hope.
ipod footage just plays hesitantly, HD stuff freezing.
if playrate is reduced to half i get playback.
tried setting disk read buffers to huge, no difference.
other players play things ok.
to help with many users on variety of systems, i'd have thought some setting/pref that we can whack up when needed to get playback would be helpful.
just feel a little helpless, at the mercy of endless codecs -
i expect it's a v.tricky old game to integrate with reapers audio handling, so patience from me.

Just curious if this means that we now can have vol and pan label pngs?

Well I'm not sure I guess. You're right, when changing the alt+drag behavior to "delete fade", alt+click deletes the fade but alt+drag then just moves the fade. Sort of unintuitive to have to change the "drag" behavior in order for the click behavior to change.
When alt+drag is set to "Move fade and stretch items", I'm only getting "move fade" happening here though anyways. When and how is the item supposed to stretch when alt+dragging the fade, can anyone do a LICECap or something?

Here is "move fade" (drag, 0:01), then "move fade and stretch items" (alt+drag, 0:04), then "move crossfade and stretch items" (shift+alt+drag, 0:06):
(note none of this is new with this build)

Ah okay of course a crossfade needs to exist, makes sense.
Still, I feel like those behaviors can all co-exist can they not? A drag is not a click and a click is not a drag
To me it's just a bit confusing that when you set "alt+drag" to "delete item fade", alt+drag actually changes to "move item fade" and alt+click is the behavior that switches to delete. If alt+drag isn't going to delete like the preference says it is, why does it have to be "move item fade" and not something user specifiable? Sorry for making you work so hard schwa I'm a bastard I know :/

Just curious, why don't you set it to 'alt+double-click'? I changed it a couple of builds ago and it's pretty easy to adapt to it.

So that more focus/weight can be placed for vol/pan/width labels.

This track selection bug remains unfixed still: http://forum.cockos.com/showpost.php...postcount=1369
Tcp width (that you can doubleclick) should really be an action by now, it was implemented many alphas ago it seems...please devs, a lot of guys want it, an action is way faster than positioning your mouse, especially if you aren't holding the mouse to begin with.
Please give us the option to show offset/start in source in samples, ms is inaccurate for slip-edit copy/paste.
I agree with Adam, I'd like to alt-click to delete fades without losing the current drag functionality (as displayed in Schwa's excellent gif)
The theme improvements sound good, I must test... thanks!

Video Results a45
.WMV 30fps Test anywhere from 1.5 - 9 Mbps all work good! Thanks!!!
h.264 .MP4 very solid
.AVI about the same playback rate and frame drop as windows media player ( depending on BPS rates)
.MOV working well
.mpg imported but with no video (black) just audio play back.
.m2v Could not import. ( although it plays on WMP via DirectShow)
The biggest issues now is I had several hangs while saving test projects. (MP4 and AVI 1 Gig + files)
Removing the copy file to project directory causes it to stop hanging.

just so everyone knows - a lot of those extensions (e.g. '.avi', '.mov') are just container formats. the actual video could be anything. i reckon if you can provide more info to the devs on what encoding the video is (e.g. h264/theora/vp8/xvid/mjpeg/etc), that'll be really useful to them.

Anybody got any idea what this is ?
Maybe an example code or image or something, i was hoping it was going to get rid of the ugly overlay on the master meter, but i guess not.

Not sure what the reason is, but none of my theme's subfolder layouts do actually use their subfolder anymore. They all use the images from the theme's main image folder. Has something changed with the syntax?
