No pan in headphones

Hi,

Cannot figure this out. When listening to the main speakers I can pan things l or r and hear it but when I listen through the headphones nothing is panned. Any ideas?

Phones not plugging into socket properly, hence working in mono?

Thanks for the reply but that's not it. I've tried several headphones with the same result.

And you're plugging the headphones in to what?
Do the headphones sound stereo with media player or youtube etc?

Very cool on the video. Nope same thing. On the main speakers left is on the left and right is on the right but in the headphones it straight down the middle.

I am running the headphones out from my audio interface (Behringer UMC1820). I am beginning to believe it is a windows 10 problem. I have tried other DAW's and I have the same problem so I know it's not Reaper.

I am stumped.

I got it...switched out the adapter that came with the headphones (1/8 to 1/4) and it worked.
