NRPN support

Hello

My Dave Smith OB-6 outputs and receives parameters using NRPN by default, and NRPN is the only way to control all the parameters of the synth, some are not available via simple CCs.
I know NRPN are 4 consecutive CCs, but it would be nice if I could edit NRPN parameters like CC parameters in separate lanes in the MIDI editor.
