It's A Fall - Feedback appreciated

Drums. Drum patterns ... my nemesis. I can do a melody. A bass line to go with it at a push.
But the drum track.... not exactly a strength.
So, I practice. When I can, if I have some free time.
Had a couple of hours this morning. This is the result .....

Feedback appreciated. Got to learn, so would like to know what I'm doing wrong and what I could work on.
Any advice on effects, mastering etc would be great.

Nothing wrong with the drums except what I'm bad at, fills and variation.
