Default Toolbar redraw

An small gui issue.

When resizing the arrange area right-left, there remains a small
piece of the arrange area visible at the toolbar height only.
Its not visible in the arrange.

Fixed when a redraw is performed like F11 or resizing top-bottom.
I'm not using the V6 theme...

Hope this is clear.

Default Reaper freezing/hang

Reaper keeps hanging with the latest few pre-releases. The following error code listing ucrtbase.dll keeps showing up in the event viewer.

There does not seem to be a specific plugin or series of event that triggers the hang. Sometimes the hang will last for a under 10 mins and Reaper will come back up. Last night one of my session hung and I left it on over night and it has not come back. As in Windows says Reaper is not responding but it has not fully crashed or quite it self.

I have had these same freezes with session that have my normal startup scripts running and sessions without the scripts. So it does not seem to be related to a custom script. I have also not experienced the same hangs in the public release version.

Here the error messages I'm getting. I have more error messages if you need more info.
