Default Make audio clip look thicker [not zooming]

In cubase you can zoom low volume recorded clip. It wont' change volume but you will see wave data better.

view -> peaks display settings -> tick "sqrt scale"

shortcut shift+up arrow increases peak gain.

or you can go to Peaks Display Settings in the View menu and move a slider.
