V5 THEME :: Pro X-TOOLS Gold ED. V3

I have attached a screen shot of version 2.05 (which I am currently using) and there is an "input" button which allows me to choose the input (1 through 8 using the Roland Octa-Capture interface). When I loaded version 3 it seems there is no longer a way to select an input (just says "audio input" with no way to select a particular input (1 through 8).

Where can I find this selection in version 3 ?

Hi Albert, thanks for responding. I have attached a detail of the options I get when I activate the button on version 2.05 and the options given on version 3. I apologize for not being able to provide a screen shot but when I try to freeze the screen with my snipping tool the options disappear.

Hopefully you will recognize the options that I typed out from both versions.

Thanks, yes I've found the setting, first, it didn't make a change but after restarting Reaper and opening a new file, adding a track, the track hight was changed.

Pardon me ... please disregard the above. I just needed to change the layout options to get the peak readings. I do appologise and thanks again for a great theme.

just one question: Where can I switch the font color for toolbar buttons? Active is black at the moment, inactive something blueish-greenish - whatever ;-)

I just want it the other way round because for me it would make much more sense. To have inactive buttons captioned with black and active ones with the brighter color.

I gave 5 dollars CAD at first because I wanted to try the theme and see if I liked it. I would donate more but the theme has gone a direction completely different from the theme I downloaded at first.

So I'd say give around 5 dollars and if you really like it after you use it, give him some more!

Albert, there is a small annoyance (to me anyway) of when I add a new track to a project, it is too narrow to show the FX track window button (or other useful buttons), so I inevitably go through the same sort of process of add a track, then resize the track to do something useful with it sort of motion. Not critical, just an annoyance.

Aside from that...

Would you be willing to share a roadmap of what you are working on with this theme? No dates as I know those can change, but the order in which you are planning to work on things would be really cool to see (knowing that it can also change, of course).

One thing though.. Track waveforms looks odd, as the peaks are almost same color as track background color. I guess it doesn't suppose to be this way? It's different than PC version of the theme..

The next version will be 3.5... will be new things, new layouts, new transport bar, inspector, etc ... I will include one flat version, that is a lot of work.
I'll providing images of how it will work, I still am not clear many things and it is a chaos, enjoy the current version is working full
