Default Media Explorer: It takes a long time to "FAV" a file.

When scrolling through search results in the Media Explorer, it can take up to two seconds to make a file a "Favorite".

This really slows down your ability to rapidly audition files.

Hm, yes, the database does get rewritten when you favorite a file, and if you have 450,000 files, I can imagine it would take 2 seconds.

That time does need to be spent at some point but not necessarily immediately. Maybe we can defer rewriting the database and not do it right away.
