!1016

stop at marker overshoots recorder by a tad

how do i fix this?

Yes, as ED says, marker actions are not 100% exact, that's just how it is.

Maybe alternative (to get exactly trimmed recordings):
Recording mode: "time selection auto punch"

edit:
To answer your question, they are queried (meaning checked if playhead is on / past action marker already) in a relatively low frequency to avoid high CPU cost, so small overshoots as in your case can happen.

That sounds good enough. Use both time selection and stop marker at the same time. Thanks.

This makes tracking less slopping and nerve wracking.
