Incomplete GUI on FX load

Hey guys I'm having this stupid problem all of the sudden with some VST Instruments.

If I load LOOM II (for example) up in a fresh project, it loads fine.

If I load up LOOM II to replace another VST in an existing project it loads up an incomplete GUI.

If I load up an X86 version of the same program, it will load in fine (but I've had errors with the bridging exe locking up sometimes)

I've posted an example screenshot and a screenshot of my performance data from a project with the problem.
