Looping issue? Midi ok, Audio

I Have a looping issue
****(when looping small areas like 1 bar)****


WITH MIDI ITS OK
i can change midi notes on the fly and they are immediately recognized on the next time the loop goes over them


BUT WITH AUDIO
There seems to be some delay as even though I am changing to a new audio, the change is not reflected immediately. The play cursor will go over the new sample, but still play the old sample the first time, and then its fixed when it loops one more time. This is only when looping small areas as explained.

It just seems like its not fast enough to catch the change.........

I want to get this fixed.....can someone let me know whats causing it or if its a bug?

solved, buffer issue....i lowered it and now its faster to catch the change, i wonder what the cost is to this though? what is the disadvantage of a lower buffer, from 1200 i made it 600
