Default Elgato Stream Deck and Reaper

I have an Elgato Stream Deck for my twitch show and was trying to figure out how to use it to get audio into Reaper so I can incorporate (more easily) some audio drops for recording my podcast.
Any idea how to fire off audio from the stream deck and get it into a separate track in Reaper?
Separate from tracks 1 and 2 (myself and cohost).
Interface is a UA Audio Apollo Twin.
Computer is Mac Mini M1.
Thank you.

As I understand the Elgato Streamdeck is not a physical or virtual audio device but a programmable device with keys you can assign actions to. Therefore it is not capable of providing what you want to do.

So what you want to do is route audio between applications or use REAPER as a central broadcasting board where all audio from and to other applications is routed.

You might have a look at:

https://www.gingeraudio.com/
https://github.com/ExistentialAudio/BlackHole

There is plenty information provided on how to work with aggregate devices to accomplish the task. It is very easy.

cheers
