Undo History memory won't flush

I'm on latest Reaper x64 I have a desktop I7 16g Ram and all that....It says it is 287.46/256 of RAM and it doesn't flush even with a computer restart...I did another install of REAPER also.

It seems only to be happening to this one song I have had around for awhile...But that is very typical of my workflow...I just saved it as a new version in another folder and the UNDO HISTORY memory DOUBLE to 558/256...YIKES!

Anyway to flush this or what might be happening...It's a new one on me...
