Default Consistency when removing tracks - TCP vs Track Manager

* Provide steps to reproduce the bug
Add a track and populate it with a plugin.
Right click in TCP and hit "remove tracks". It removes with no confirmation.
Undo that.
Right click in track manager and choose "delete selected tracks". Wording is inconsistent/different from TCP wording, and this time comes with a confirmation.

* Describe what you expect to happen
I think these should be consistent, with a confirmation dialogue being a preference.
I expect the wording to be the same in both TCP and Track Manager, and I expect if a dialogue appears, it should appear in both places. I also expect that any confirmation dialogues can be disabled in preferences.

Deleting tracks via action will prompt if the tracks have any FX, items, or routing on them...

I did experience inconsistent behaviour. Either renaming, or setting colour, or other operations in TM did sometimes prompt when removing in TCP, and sometimes not. Unable to reproduce now, will look into it.

Via action....ok. Is right clicking "delete/remove" considered an action?

Would you consider an option to disable the prompt? Right clicking and hitting remove is definite. Some may prefer an undo if hit accidently.
