Default Interface problems - Behringer UMC1820

#1 the problem: i can record tracks in Reaper ...... but can only hear them played back through
channel 1 and 2 [ Main Outs ] .
#2 background setup info: Window 10 - Behringer UMC1820 interface - connected to a
Allen&Heath GL2400 [ In and Out , 8 channels ]
#3 Downloaded UMC1820 Driver ..... and in Window 10 under Control Panel - Sound - i find 6
Behringer UMC1820 Files labeled Out 1-2,Out 3-4,Out 5-6, Out 7-8, Out 9-10, and Out 11-12[SPDIF]
#4 A submenu for each of these files says they are enabled and working. File Out 3-4 says that
the device is the default.
#5 All other Windows 10 sound files are either disabled or not plugged in.

#6 In Reaper under Preferences - Device -
under Audio System it say Asio
under Asio Driver it says UMC Asio Driver

My intent is to use all 8 tracks and hear them separately as they go from Reaper to the interface
and into the mixing board [ Allen&Heath ]. In other words i am not using the Reaper Mixer. As of
now all the tracks can be recorded in Reaper but i can only hear them on Channel 1 & 2. I have
tried the routing menu for each track [ parent channel ? ... not sure what that means ... stereo? ] .
Hopefully someone has experienced the same problem. I am U-Tubed tutorial exhausted.
Thanks for reading all this !!
