Default AATranslator Issues

I was sent an .aaf that I put through AATranslator and when I opened the rrp session all the audio files were extremely messy, it almost seems like there's excess files layered over each other. Has anyone encountered this before? Is it something wrong with my AATranslator or Reaper settings, or could it be the way it was exported by the client? Any advice would be much appreciated, with the size of the session I can't work with the state it's in and I have no idea what to do

As a side note, I don't think it's the client's actual session because the same thing happened the last time I used AATranslator, but at the time I didn't realise it could have been a conversion issue or something.

Thanks

The OP emailed me and we found that AAT had not been installed correctly but now all is well
