Default Record on Input

I feel like a native recording option that allows you to record only when detecting midi input/data would be really helpful, as coming from FL studio, it's such an integral part of my workflow and I think Reaper could really benefit from it.

Reapack/mpl_Trigger record after input note on selected track.lua
It requires special JSFX tracker in my repository. The script add this JSFX to selected track, wait for input. When JSFX tracker gets midi event, the script:
- get command from JSFX
- get midi event from JSFX
- remove JSFX from track
- trigger midi event to virtual keyboard, so event goes to midi input signal path (to NOT miss first event on start)
- trigger transport record

This was improved a bit. Yes, it is MIDI only for now.
Regarding of audio - it is up to REAPER devs. Afaik they work on it, but I don`t know will it sometime implemented.
