Default Automatic moving and crossfading of items via script

See attached gif file: I want to automatically move all individual splits of a media item. This should create crossfades as if I would do it manually (see gif). It would be best if the size of the overlap were random (range adjustable between x and y).

Since I have a lot of splits, manual editing would be extremely time-consuming. I couldn't find a suitable script to make this possible.

Anybody have any idea how I could do this? Unfortunately, I don't know how to program scripts. :/

Even without the random function, a solution would be a great help for me.

In SWS extension, you have Xenakios: Reposition selected items,

or more advanced,
https://www.extremraym.com/en/downlo...ce-items-pack/

I have also have a position randomize in my pack.

For randomizing, in SWS extension: Xenakios/SWS: Randomize item positions...

Great, thank you! The Xenakios scripts help me a lot.

Is it actually possible in Reaper to play multiple scripts one after the other by pressing one button?
