IF/ELSE/THEN Custom Actions?

Is it possible to create a custom action that flows like this:


>Action 1
>If Action 1 was already active or enabled, skip Action 2
>Action 2

OR:

>Action 1
>If Action 1 is executed successfully, skip Action 2 and proceed to Action 3
>Action 2
>Action 3


I know shit about coding, just the basics, so pardon me if my terminologies are wrong. But i hope you get the idea.

Sounds like you're describing SWS Cycle Actions. https://sws-extension.org/

If you need more complex logic than that in your actions, you can write your own with REAPER's ReaScript features (or ask in the script request thread: https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=109934).
