Use key modifier to change horizontal zoom center?

Hey all!

Just wondering if it's possible to toggle the horizontal zoom center target with a key modifier? In other words, I currently have my horizontal zoom center set to 'edit cursor' in preferences, for zooming with the mouse wheel. Would it be possible to set Reaper up so I can use a modifier (such as shift or command) to temporarily change the target to 'mouse cursor' when I when I zoom with the mouse wheel instead? Can't find anything in my action list that works...
