Automation envelope to control Midi CCs?

Hi,

I am new to this and want to know if you can control midi CCs via envelopes rather than just using the midi data at the bottom of the midi part. I have rapture in a track and have a few filters etc in rapture linked to CC1 and I want to control this via an envelope. I know I can control each individual filter in rapture with a separate envelope but would like to control all at the filters with just one.
