what is it about these tracks that you want to be able to do?
If you want just a general guide to producing tracks, then perhaps
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/ would be a better place to start - they have FAQs and guides in there in the different forums, and they can help you find all the stuff you need (software drum machines and synths, etc) to make tracks, and as long as you have a decent PC that you can plug a microphone into, you can start doing it for free today! Remember thoough that there is a reason why record execs and the like pay artists, producers, and engineers - if it was easy they would be doing it themselves, and it takes years to get good!
don't be discouraged though, its lots of fun, and as they say, its in the journey, not the destination - or something like that
