Default How to consolidate individual midi items to audio, not the whole track?

I want to compose a track by consolidating single midi notes to audio one by one and process them. Just like in FL studio.

I looked at the custom actions but I couldn't find any action or figure out how to do it.

Is there a straightforward way to achieve this?
