Presets for filter in MIDI Editor

Hi!

My today FR is for filter in MIDI Editor window.

It would be great if filter there will be able to save user presets like all ReaPlugins. I do lots of extreme metal drum programming and for humanisation of snares or kicks I often use same settings in filter, such as same Note, Position in measure and Repeat every. So if there will be user presets I could set one default presets or choose from another.

And one more suggestion about MIDI filter: there is very needed check button to on/off filtering only inside time selection.
