Awesome thanks a lot! Can we also have 1/64 note for this?
Also since we can't automate this in real-time (which would be amazing) , it would be very useful if we could at least change these values with a fader or a knob.
Then we could record the output to another track and get different variations faster/easier.

Adding to the above, having triplets and dotted notes would be very nice too!

Just used it with Reapitch and I've noticed that while the sound was playing and tweaked the shift parameters (full range and semitones) to max values the sound stopped.

Just to say that when I tried to install the windows 64bit version of this build, 3 of the optional functionalities that are normally ticked for me were unticked:
Rewire
Rearoute
Crash dump
only reamote was enabled.

This was the first thought I had.. "it stops at 1/32? Why?"
I'd say 1/64 is pretty essential for this type of feature. Personally I'd go even up to 1/128, because why not? The grid has this resolution too and it would allow some pretty wild effects while still giving some sense of precise timing.

Funny, this was the second thought I had: "I'm working on a track in triplets so let's try..oh.. no triplets.."
So I hope you can add triplets and yeah dotted notes would also be cool.

Agree with this too. It would be awesome if we could access the values between the ones offered in the dropdown in some way. A slider/knob (possibly automatable) would be great but if that doesn't fit your UI/UX concept I'd be very happy already with a number input box where we can specify a custom value in ms for the fades.

The worst of the slowness seen in the current release version of REAPER is solved, but there is unfortunately no solution (yet?) for the file-access-related slowdown coming with each call of SetMouseModifier() on Windows and Linux systems. I've nagged as recently as yesterday, so ... that's where we're at.

This really is nice to see.
Tempo-based values are much more intuitive than arbitrary ms values.
Less obvious places I think it could be useful is FX tails, ReaPlugs (release times, reverb lengths, sampler decay), even media buffer and render-ahead times.

I just noticed, that the lyrics.lua does not use the new UTF8-feature of gfx.getchar yet, so AltGr is not working in it.

lyrics.lua needs updating for UTF-8 editing support in general, changing str.char() to utf8.char() in some places, and in the editing drawing text, enumerating over characters rather than bytes... will take a look at that at some point.
(but if someone wants to beat me to it, go for it)

Hmm it should now I think? Make a more specific FR in the FR forum with examples and we'll take a look.
