Vertical Zoom with mousewheel makes the scroll position jump

Vertical zooming with the action "View: Zoom vertically (MIDI CC relative/mousewheel)" makes the scroll position jump when updated. The behaviour only happens with small number of tracks where top of the TCP panel is in view.

Check out preferences/editing behavior/zoom center and try it centered on mouse cursor.

Thanks, I just went through every setting in "Vertical zoom center", here is what i found:

* Track at center of view -- problem persists
* Top visible track -- works as expected
* Last selected track -- works as expected
* Track under mouse cursor -- problem persists
